This Privacy Policy explains how Marc and Chris make games ("we," "us," "our") captures, uses, shares, and retains information when you play the game CrushTheCompetition (the "Game"). By using the Game's online features, you consent to the practices described below.

1. Information We Capture

• Account identifier: When you log in, we receive a unique account identifier (Product User ID) and display name from Epic Online Services so we can recognize you in multiplayer sessions.
• Connection data: Network address and session membership information needed to establish gameplay between players.
• Voice data: If you enable in-game voice chat, microphone audio is captured and transmitted in real time to other players in your session.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use captured information solely to operate the Game's online features: authenticating you, matchmaking, joining sessions, maintaining network connections, voice communication, and displaying your name to other players in the same session. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale.

3. How We Share Your Information

• With other players in your session: Display name and connection/voice data are shared peer-to-peer so multiplayer can function.
• With Epic Online Services: Authentication, sessions, and voice are delivered via EOS infrastructure.

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.

4. How We Retain Your Information

Connection, session, and voice data is transient — it exists only for the duration of an active multiplayer session and is not persisted on any server we operate. We do not maintain a database of personal information about players.

5. Accessing and Deleting Your Information

Because we do not retain a database of player information beyond the duration of a session, there is generally no stored personal data for us to return or delete. If you wish to confirm this, request information about in-session data, or request deletion of any data you believe we may hold, contact our data protection address below and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

The Game is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly capture personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Choices

You can stop all data capture by not using the Game's online features. Microphone/voice data is only captured when voice chat is enabled.
